Polish-born lyric coloratura soprano, made her solo operatic debut as Queen of the Night in American Chamber Opera’s production of The Magic Flute and her solo debut with orchestra with The Paderewski Orchestra. Ms. Dzis was a finalist in the Marcella Sembrich Kochanska Voice Competition, was a soloist at the American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria, has appeared in the chorus of New Orleans Opera’s production of La Traviata and gala with Placido Domingo, was a soloist with the Lincolnwood Chamber Orchestra, a soloist and ensemble member of the Chicago Choral Artists and Chicago Choral Artists’ Kammerchor, and an ensemble member of the Canterbury Singers in Dixon, IL. She is currently an ensemble member and soloist with The Lira Ensemble and continues to perform in various concerts with Jaroslaw Golembiowski and the Chicago Chopin Society, a collaboration which began in 2012. In addition to her background in classical voice, she has also studied jazz. Ms. Dzis is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans, where she graduated magna cum laude, and Northwestern University, where she obtained her master's in music degree.
